This weekend my friend Melissa came to visit me. She is a lot of fun. She got here on Saturday weekend. We went to dinner with Rusty, Robyne, and Ginger. After we went to dinner we went bowling. John and Trevor came bowling with us and I had the second highest score. Only Robyne beat me. She was losing to me clear up to the last frame and she was so mad about that. She can lose to anyone, but me. It was so funny to see how mad she was. After bowling we just hung out at my house and chatted. I love sitting around and talking with my friends.
Sunday I got a phone call from my sister Erika. It was so good to talk to her. I miss being able to chat with her all the time. She always tells me that she'll call on Saturday and then she never has time for me :(. I just sit around waiting for her to call. Just kidding Erika.
Monday Melissa and I went to visit Kay Baker. She recently lost her father and she was telling us a little about it and it was breaking my heart. She told us that she never wanted to live through something like that again. Poor girl. Kay also shared some insight about this life with us. She told us that in this life the people matter. It is so true. The people who we create memories with, have fights with, learn to tolerate, share our faith with, love, etc. It is them that matters. So here's to the people in my life that matter. I LOVE you!!!!
